Refund Policy

Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@philipsclassics.be. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return freight is paid by the customer.
If the return is due to our error, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed if proof of cost is supplied (standard or least expensive method of delivery only).

Returns with incorrect or incomplete documentation will not be processed.
Returns of items without a corresponding invoice number will not be processed.

Incorrectly ordered items or items that you wish to replace can be returned. The transport costs are at the expense of the customer and a storage fee of 15% is charged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We dont accept returns from:

  1. Electrical goods.
  2. Mechanical parts damaged due to incorrect installation.
  3. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  4. Warranty is not valid on parts that are fitted to vehicles used in motorsport, competition, road rally or track events.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember a 15% storage fee can be charged and it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
