Water pump for later A series engines as used in Mini, MG Midget and Austin-Healey Sprite and others from about 1968. This is an aluminium bodied pump with a take off for the bypass hose and the deep impellor. From 1968 the deeper impellor was used on Minis and Spridget 1275cc from (e) 12CE/Da/H874 and 12V. If you are not sure if your car has a shallow or deep impellor the shallow is proud of the pump body by about 5/16o, the deep impellor is proud by about 5/8o.
